Care2Learn was founded in 2000, when a group of healthcare professionals recognized the critical need for a convenient, high-quality online training solution across all segments of the senior care industry. They  knew that to do it right, they had to build it themselves.  Thus, Care2Learn is helmed by clinical managers and healthcare professionals who have many levels of experience in providing intelligent, compassionate care – from managing rehab units in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities to directing home health care and providing services for hospice patients and their families. This experience is applied daily in the services we deliver– recruiting and choosing authors, reviewing courses, earning new accreditations for our courses, training clients in eLearning best practices, and more.

Our tireless team of IT pros built a unique Learning Management System (LMS) that seamlessly enrolls your users, serves your courses, updates them automatically, and provides you with tracking and online reports. We host your university on our servers and our team keeps it running smoothly around the clock. Our instructional design team includes doctoral- and master’s-level designers trained specifically to create engaging online education for adult learners, along with professional editors and graphic artists.
