One significant change is the addition of process measures, which work to improve the quality of patient care and patient outcomes. This course focuses on process measures due to the rising concerns of the home health agencies regarding their implementation and documentation requirements.

  • Identify ten process measures that are incorporated into OASIS-C
  • Describe the purpose of the Plan of Care Synopsis and the Intervention Synopsis and what is required for each
  • Describe the assessment strategies for the process measures
  • Identify the appropriate responses to the assessment data elements
